Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or 1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups cut up cooked chicken or 2 cups cooked turkey
  • 12 cup chopped drained sun-dried tomato packed in oil
  • 14 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans great northern beans, rinsed and drained (You may substitute 2 Cups cooked pasta instead of the beans)

Method

  • Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook basil and garlic in oil for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Cook, stirring frequently, until hot.
