Ingredients

  • 2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes (Del Monte)
  • 2 cans beef broth (College Inn)
  • 1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 lb. beef, browned
  • 1/4 c. onions, browned with beef

Method

  • Mix all together in saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Turn heat down to medium and add approximately 1 quarter size (8 ounce box) dry spaghetti, broken into small pieces.
  • Cook until spaghetti is tender and done.
  • Serve with small pieces of Mozzarella cheese on top of each serving or use Parmesan cheese on top.
