Ingredients
- 2 cans Italian stewed tomatoes (Del Monte)
- 2 cans beef broth (College Inn)
- 1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 lb. beef, browned
- 1/4 c. onions, browned with beef
Method
- Mix all together in saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Turn heat down to medium and add approximately 1 quarter size (8 ounce box) dry spaghetti, broken into small pieces.
- Cook until spaghetti is tender and done.
- Serve with small pieces of Mozzarella cheese on top of each serving or use Parmesan cheese on top.
