- 3 c. water
- 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon granules
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1 c. loose-pack frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
- 1/2 c. frozen cheese tortellini
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Method
- In medium saucepan, combine the water, undrained tomatoes, bouillon, basil and oregano.
- Bring to boiling.
- Stir in frozen vegetables and tortellini.
- Return to boiling.
- Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 7 minutes or until tortellini are tender. Stir in parsley.
- Makes 4 servings.
