Ingredients

  • 6 oz. angel hair spaghetti, cooked and drained as per pkg. directions
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 c. chopped mushrooms (8 oz.)
  • 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 4 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 c. grated Mozzarella

Method

  • Place cooked and drained spaghetti in a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • Pour the 15 ounce can of tomato sauce over spaghetti.
  • Brown ground beef and onion with oregano.
  • Drain and sprinkle over spaghetti and tomato sauce.
  • Layer mushrooms, pepperoni and olives. Pour 8 ounce can of tomato sauce over all.
  • Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 350° until hot and bubbly, about 30 minutes.
