Ingredients
- 1 c. canned evaporated milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese food, cubed
- 2 eggs, hard-cooked and chopped fine
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- pimento (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- In
- double boiler, combine evaporated milk, beaten egg, flour and
- sugar.
- Cook, stirring until hot.
- Add cheese and cook stirring occasionally, until smooth.
- Stir in hard-cooked eggs, onion
- and pimento,
- if desired.
- Remove from heat and cool completely.
- Stir in vinegar and transfer to jars. Store covered in refrigerator.
