Ingredients

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 zest of lime
  • 1 juice lime
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • salt
  • pepper

Method

  • Place butter, zest and juice in a small bowl. Smash together with a fork. Then, transfer to a piece of wax paper and form into a log. Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate until fish is done cooking.
  • Salt and pepper both sides of the salmon. Cook each side for about 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly then place a pat of lime butter on top of each fillet.
