Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 red capsicum, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 green capsicum, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 1 yellow capsicum, cut into 2cm pieces
  • 300g orrechiette pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 x 280g jar artichoke hearts, drained and halved
  • 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley, coarsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
  • flaked Parmesan cheese, to serve

Method

  • TOSS the oil throught the capsicums and chargrill over a high heat for 3-5 minutes, or until just tender.
  • Cool
  • COMBINE the pasta with capsicums, artichokes, parsley and dressing.
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle over Parmesan.
  • Serve immediately.
