- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 eggs
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix ground chuck, onion, parsley, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and 1/2 jar of sauce.
- Divide into 3 parts.
- Put 1 part in bottom of loaf pan; sprinkle with half of cheese.
- Repeat meat, cheese, then rest of meat.
- Pour remaining sauce over meat loaf. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
