Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Mix ground chuck, onion, parsley, eggs, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and 1/2 jar of sauce.
  • Divide into 3 parts.
  • Put 1 part in bottom of loaf pan; sprinkle with half of cheese.
  • Repeat meat, cheese, then rest of meat.
  • Pour remaining sauce over meat loaf. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
