Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. butter or oleo

Method

  • Cream together sugar and butter or oleo.
  • Add well-beaten eggs.
  • Add Ricotta cheese and vanilla.
  • Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
  • Add to creamed mixture.
  • Do not make dough stiff.
  • Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes (approximately 12 minutes).
