Ingredients
- 2 lbs. stew meat, frozen or thawed
- potatoes, cut in medium size pieces
- carrots, cut in medium size pieces
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
Method
- Put meat in bottom of baking dish or dutch oven.
- Layer vegetables on top.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top.
- Spread both cans of soup over the top.
- Cover.
- Bake 5 hours at 250° if using frozen meat.
- Bake 5 hours at 300° if using thawed meat.
