Ingredients
- 1 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seeds
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 3 c. sliced onions
Method
- Combine all ingredients except onions in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 4 to 5 minutes; stirring occasionally.
- Stir in onion, cover and simmer 3 minutes. Cover and chill.
- Serve with vegetables and barbecued meats.
