Ingredients
- 5 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
Method
- Dissolve yeast in water.
- Sift flour into yeast and water. Make into a ball.
- Place on greased pan, grease top of bread also. Let rise about 30 minutes covered.
- Bake at 425 degree for 30 minutes.
- First 20 minutes on cookie sheet and last 10 minutes on bare oven rack in oven.
