Ingredients

  • 10 None sesame burger buns
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 10 tbsp mayonnaise
  • None None a few lettuce leaves
  • 3 None red onions, peeled and cut into fine rings
  • 1/2 cup pickle slices
  • 4 None tomatoes, sliced

Method

  • Briefly toast the burger buns on the grill. Season the beef to taste and divide it into 10 thin patties, about 3 oz each. Place patties on the grill and and cook on each side for 3-4 mins, to desired doneness. Shortly before the end of grilling time, brush each burger with some some BBQ sauce.
  • Spread the lower half of the buns with mayonnaise, then top with lettuce leaves, burger patties, onions, pickles and tomatoes. Top off with the upper half of the bun.
