Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 eggs, cooked and scrambled
- 1/2 lb. chicken meat, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt (as needed)
- dash of pepper
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. minced carrots
- 1/4 c. sweet peas
Method
- Place oil in pan.
- Cook chicken, carrots and onions together over low heat.
- When chicken is cooked, pour in remaining ingredients, except precooked eggs.
- Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
- Pour cooked mixture into precooked eggs.
