Ingredients

  • 2 pizza bases 11 inch
  • 1/2 cup tomato pasta sauce spicy
  • 2 medium tomatoes thinly sliced
  • 1 squid small, cleaned, cut into thin rings
  • 3 1/2 ounces smoked salmon cut into thick strips
  • 1 1/2 ounces pizza cheese reduced-fat, grated
  • 1/2 red onion medium, halved, thinly sliced
  • 3 1/2 ounces feta cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons fresh flat leaf parsley chopped
  • 1 red chili fresh long, deseeded, thinly sliced
  • lemon wedges to serve

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly grease 2 pizza trays. Place bases on prepared trays. Spread pasta sauce evenly over each base. Bake for 10 mins, or until light golden brown.
  • Top with tomatoes, squid, salmon, pizza cheese, onion and feta. Bake for 8-10 mins, or until squid is cooked through and bases are crispy. Sprinkle with parsley and chili. Cut into wedges and serve with lemon wedges.
