Ingredients

  • 12 oz Mini M&M candies
  • 3 oz 1/3 fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Canola oil
  • 1 2/3 cup Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cup Flour, sifted
  • 3 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cream of tartar

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Line cookie sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Cream butter, oil, cream cheese and sugar.
  • Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  • Add flour, baking powder and cream of tarter, mix well.
  • Stir in M&Ms.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoons onto prepared cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 7-9 minutes at 350F.
  • Let sit on pan for a few minutes before removing to cooking racks.
