- 2 lb. ground meat
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 1 flat can chopped chiles
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta
- 6 to 8 corn tortillas, torn in pieces
Method
- Cook meat and onion until done.
- Drain.
- Stir in all other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until hot.
