Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 4 (6-ounce) lamb rib chops, trimmed
- 1/2 cup mango chutney
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
Method
- Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Combine curry powder, salt, and pepper; rub evenly over lamb. Add lamb to pan; cook 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Combine chutney and mint; serve with lamb.
