Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cranberries (frozen)
- 1/4 cup blueberries (frozen)
- 1/2 cup blackberry (frozen)
- 5 strawberries (frozen)
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1/2 cup green tea (brewed and cooled)
- 1/4 cup yogurt (or soy milk)
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon ginger (minced)
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth and frothy.
