Ingredients

  • 1 envelope whipped topping mix (sugar-free)
  • 1 large (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix (sugar-free)
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 baked 9-inch pie shell

Method

  • Prepare whipped topping as the package directs.
  • Combine 1 cup of prepared topping with pudding mix, pumpkin, milk and spices. Mix slowly with electric mixer just until blended, about 1 minute. Pour into cooled pie shell.
  • Chill until set, at least 2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
