Ingredients
- 1 envelope whipped topping mix (sugar-free)
- 1 large (6 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix (sugar-free)
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 1 c. milk
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Method
- Prepare whipped topping as the package directs.
- Combine 1 cup of prepared topping with pudding mix, pumpkin, milk and spices. Mix slowly with electric mixer just until blended, about 1 minute. Pour into cooled pie shell.
- Chill until set, at least 2 hours. Garnish with remaining whipped topping.
