Ingredients
- 12 cup water
- 1 cup peanut butter (preferable crunchy)
- 14 cup soy sauce
- 14 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 -2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce (or ketchup)
- 1 lemon, juiced
Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
- Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to 1 week.
- Bring to room temperature before serving.
