Ingredients
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 10 leaves curry powder
- 3 tsp cooking spray
- 3/4 cup brown rice, cooked
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 3 dried red chili peppers
Method
- 1. Heat and mix the spices and seeds in a pan with non-fat cooking spray.
- 2. Mix the rice with yogurt in a bowl and add the heated spice mix.
- 3. Stir and serve.
