Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup commercial mango chutney
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Method

  • Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Use immediately or store in refrigerator. Use to marinate chicken, beef, pork, or lamb.
