Ingredients
- 2 small pkg. or 1 large pkg. jello (the flavor and color of punch is determined by the flavor of jello)
- 3 c. boiling water
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle lemon juice
- 7 c. cold water
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Dissolve jello, water and sugar together.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Freeze in small containers.
- Set out about 2 hours before serving.
- Add 2 bottles (quart) of ginger ale.
- This serves about 12 (generous servings).
