Ingredients

  • 2 small pkg. or 1 large pkg. jello (the flavor and color of punch is determined by the flavor of jello)
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 can (46 oz.) pineapple juice
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle lemon juice
  • 7 c. cold water
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Method

  • Dissolve jello, water and sugar together.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Freeze in small containers.
  • Set out about 2 hours before serving.
  • Add 2 bottles (quart) of ginger ale.
  • This serves about 12 (generous servings).
