Ingredients
- 1 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 lb. zucchini squash, sliced
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 3 eggs
- bread crumbs
Method
- Boil squash with onion, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon water until tender. Drain. Add milk, cheese, onion, eggs, salt and pepper.
- Put in casserole and top with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
