Ingredients
- 1 box yellow SuperMoist cake mix
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 1 can Betty Crocker creamy coconut and pecan frosting mix
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Mix cake mix, oil, water and eggs. Beat as directions on box instruct.
- Add frosting and pecans.
- Beat on low until folded in. Bake in well-greased and floured Bundt pan on top rack of oven. Bake at 350° approximately 55 to 60 minutes.
- Let cool a few minutes before removing from pan onto wire rack to finish cooling.
