Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew meat, browned
- 3 ribs celery
- 4 or 5 carrots
- 4 or 5 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
Method
- Place first 5 ingredients in casserole or heavy stew pot.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over casserole and bake at 200° for 4 hours, covered.
