Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium size jar Ragu (extra chunky)
- 8 oz. box uncooked noodles
- 1 large container low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1/4 c. water
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Brown ground beef and strain and return to pan.
- Add sauce and water, bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat. In 9 x 13-inch pan add meat sauce, noodles and cottage cheese. Repeat in layers, ending in layer of cheese.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Let stand 15 to 20 minutes before cutting.
- Makes 10 servings.
