Ingredients
- 28 slices day old bread (crusts removed)
- 3 oz. Blue cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg, beaten
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cans asparagus spears
- 1 c. melted butter
Method
- With rolling pin, flatten bread.
- Combine Blue cheese, cream cheese and egg.
- Mix well.
- Spread on bread crumbs, covering to edges.
- Place 1 asparagus spread on each slice.
- Roll tightly. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Place on cookie sheet and freeze.
