Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 2 c. cold milk
  • 2 c. Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • 1 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 48 graham cracker squares

Method

  • Mix pudding and milk according to package.
  • Refrigerate until set.
  • Fold in whipped topping or Cool Whip and chocolate chips. Place 24 graham crackers on baking sheet.
  • Top each with 3 tablespoons of filling.
  • Place another graham on top of them. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
  • Wrap individual in plastic wrap and freeze.
  • Makes 2 dozen.
