Ingredients
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
- 2 c. cold milk
- 2 c. Cool Whip or whipped topping
- 1 c. miniature semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 48 graham cracker squares
Method
- Mix pudding and milk according to package.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Fold in whipped topping or Cool Whip and chocolate chips. Place 24 graham crackers on baking sheet.
- Top each with 3 tablespoons of filling.
- Place another graham on top of them. Freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
- Wrap individual in plastic wrap and freeze.
- Makes 2 dozen.
