Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed milk)
  • 400 grams Toblerone bar, broken into chunks

Method

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk (_not_ sweetened condensed milk, like I almost did!) 400 grams Toblerone bar, broken into chunks
  • Line 8" square pan with parchment or wax paper, extending over sides.
  • Place sugar, butter and milk in saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir until completely melted. Pour into prepared pan. Refrigerate
  • 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares and store in tightly covered container in the fridge.
