Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 2 (9 oz.) containers Cool Whip
  • 2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Method

  • Mix flour, margarine and walnuts; spread into bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan
  • and
  • bake
  • at 350° for 20 minutes, then cool. Mix cream cheese,
  • confectioners
  • sugar
  • and
  • one 9 ounce Cool Whip and spread over crust.
  • Mix 2 packages chocolate instant pudding with 3
  • cups milk and pour over top.
  • Spread remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle walnuts.
  • Chill and serve.
