Ingredients
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 (9 oz.) containers Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
Method
- Mix flour, margarine and walnuts; spread into bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan
- and
- bake
- at 350° for 20 minutes, then cool. Mix cream cheese,
- confectioners
- sugar
- and
- one 9 ounce Cool Whip and spread over crust.
- Mix 2 packages chocolate instant pudding with 3
- cups milk and pour over top.
- Spread remaining Cool Whip; sprinkle walnuts.
- Chill and serve.
