Ingredients

  • 8 oz. small pasta shells
  • 8 oz. crab or imitation crab flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, slightly cooked
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. vinegar
  • fresh ground pepper

Method

  • Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
  • Drain well.
  • Add crab, onions, peas and tomatoes.
  • Blend together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar and pepper.
  • Carefully blend dressing ingredients into pasta mixture.
  • Makes 8 to 10 servings.
