- 8 oz. small pasta shells
- 8 oz. crab or imitation crab flakes
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, slightly cooked
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- fresh ground pepper
Method
- Cook pasta shells according to package directions.
- Drain well.
- Add crab, onions, peas and tomatoes.
- Blend together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, vinegar and pepper.
- Carefully blend dressing ingredients into pasta mixture.
- Makes 8 to 10 servings.
