Ingredients
- 1 (12 oz.) can corn
- 2 1/2 c. stewed or canned tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. browned, buttered crumbs
Method
- Combine corn, tomatoes, onion, sugar, salt and pepper in a casserole dish.
- Top with browned crumbs.
- Bake in moderate oven at 375° about 25 minutes.
