Ingredients
- 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box butter pecan cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 cup canola oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients except for the morsels and nuts until smooth.
- Stir in the morsels and pecans.
- Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan for 50-60 minutes or until cake tests done.
