Ingredients
- 1 bag Brussels sprouts, thawed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. cider vinegar
- 2 1/2 oz. horseradish
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
Method
- Combine the salt, sugar, vinegar, horseradish and dry mustard. Stir.
- Add the onion and the thawed Brussels sprouts.
- Stir. Allow to marinate 8 hours.
