Ingredients
- 8 oz. salami
- 4 sausages (according to taste)
- 2 onions, sliced
- 2 green peppers
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 to 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. paprika
Method
- Cut salami into strips and sausages into slices.
- Rinse peppers.
- Deseed and cut into strips.
- Saute sausages in skillet for 3 minutes.
- Add onion and pepper strips.
- Saute a few minutes. Add tomatoes.
- Reduce heat.
- Beat eggs.
- Pour eggs over all ingredients in pan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring until egg mixture is set.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve hot.
