Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. beer
- 1 tsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 egg white
- Vienna sausage (hot)
- dogs or cooked shrimp
Method
- Mix batter of flour, beer, cooking oil and salt.
- Let stand at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
- Beat egg white until stiff and fold into batter mixture.
- Cut Vienna sausages into thirds.
- Dip pieces into batter and fry in deep fat at 400° until batter is golden brown.
- Serve hot.
- Cut hot dogs into mouth sized pieces. Cut shrimp as desired.
