Ingredients

  • 2 lb Wings (or more)
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sherry
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Pineapple juice
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice
  • 1/2 tsp Powdered Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder

Method

  • Mix the marinade and marinade the wings in a large ziploc style bag for about 30 minutes to 1 hour (flipping over several times).
  • Set up your grill with a 3 Zone fire.

  • Remove the wings from the marinade and pat dry.
  • Place wings on a grill over the drip pan and cook at 350F for about 45 minutes.
  • You can grill directly over the coals for a minute or two to crisp up the skin.
  • Just be careful not to burn.
  • Let rest about 5 minutes before serving.
