Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 3 red potatoes
- 1 onion
- 6 carrots
- 1 can or jar brown gravy
Method
- Brown ground meat and onion until well done; drain well. Slice carrots and place on top of meat.
- Cook 5 minutes, covered. Slice potatoes thinly and place on top of carrots.
- Pour brown gravy over potatoes; cover and reduce heat to low.
- Cook 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Serve with a salad and bread.
