Ingredients
- 3 gal. green tomatoes, quartered
- 1 gal. onions, chopped in hunks
- 1 qt. hot green peppers (some red for color)
- 1/4 c. crushed red pepper
- 3 pt. vinegar
- 6 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salt
Method
- Cook long enough to change color.
- Put in jars and seal.
- Do not overcook.
- They should be crispy.
