Ingredients
- mustard greens (fresh), chopped
- leaf lettuce, chopped
- green onions, chopped
- radishes, chopped or sliced
- bacon (1 to 2 lb.), cooked and crumbled, reserve grease
- cornbread, cooked
- cottage cheese
- buttermilk
Method
- In you plate, crumble cornbread.
- Top with bacon and salad mixtures.
- Pour hot grease over and mix.
- Next all cottage cheese and buttermilk to taste.
- Mix again and enjoy!
