Ingredients
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. minced onion
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Method
- Drain tomatoes into blender.
- (I also put about 1/3 of the tomatoes in the blender.)
- Cut the rest of the tomatoes into small chunks.
- Add other ingredients.
- Blend for about 5 seconds.
- Add to chunked tomatoes.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
