Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 bottle ketchup
- water (to fill ketchup bottle)
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 lb. chopped or chipped ham
Method
- Heat onion and celery in butter.
- Add the remaining ingredients.
- Bring to a boiling point and let simmer about 1 1/2 hours.
