Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon onion
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 cups hot, sliced, cooked, new potatoes
Method
- Fry bacon until crisp, and stir in flour and blend.
- Add onions, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and water.
- Cook 5 minutes. Pour over hot potatoes and mix lightly.
- Serve while warm.
