Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. cocoa
- 1 c. milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- vanilla
Method
- Mix sugar, flour, salt and cocoa.
- Add egg, milk and butter. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
- Pour into a baked crust, cover with meringue and bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
