Ingredients
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
- dash of salt
- 1/2 c. cocoa
Method
- In heavy saucepan, stir cream and butter until butter melts and cream barely comes to boil. Stir in sugars until dissolved. Reduce heat. Briskly whisk in salt and cocoa.
- Remove from heat. Serve immediately or store in glass jar or covered non-plastic container.
