Ingredients
- 6 oz. self-rising corn meal
- 1/3 c. reduced calorie margarine (tub)
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
- 1 c. thawed chopped broccoli
- 1 egg
- pinch of salt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix all ingredients together; pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Bake until done, about 35 to 45 minutes.
