Ingredients
- 3 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. mustard (jar)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1 (12 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 green pepper
- 3 small onions
Method
- Cook carrots, drain and set aside.
- Cool.
- Dice green pepper; slice 3 small onions.
