Ingredients
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 lb. Dungeness crabmeat
- 1 small onion, sliced paper thin into quarters
- 14 oz. can artichoke hearts
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
- parsley, minced
Method
- Chop artichoke hearts into 1/4-inch pieces; drain well.
- Drain crab well.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Place in an oven-safe, shallow baking dish.
- Heat in a 350° oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature is 140°.
- Garnish with minced parsley.
- Serve with assorted breads.
