Ingredients

  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb. Dungeness crabmeat
  • 1 small onion, sliced paper thin into quarters
  • 14 oz. can artichoke hearts
  • 1 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • parsley, minced

Method

  • Chop artichoke hearts into 1/4-inch pieces; drain well.
  • Drain crab well.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Place in an oven-safe, shallow baking dish.
  • Heat in a 350° oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until internal temperature is 140°.
  • Garnish with minced parsley.
  • Serve with assorted breads.
